SUMMARY

As reports project lead for the Gulfstream Corridor Service Network Phase 1 project planned, coordinated, directed and assigned resources to determine and gather user report requirements and develop 151 reports.  Met user and Computer Science Corporation expectations for report quality and efficiency.

While employed by Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, planned and implemented computer application roll-out to off-site locations; gathered business area reporting and input requirements; ensured system compliance with FAA and company quality assurance requirements; and led the effort to standardize coding and forms. Coordinated the collection of engineering team data and reporting requirements.

As the Aviation Brigade Executive Officer, successfully managed the planning and deployment of over 1200 personnel, vehicles, helicopters, and equipment to Saudi Arabia and back by air and sea.  Also, supervised the daily administrative, logistical, maintenance, and life-support requirements in a hostile environment of an organization consisting of 2500 personnel and over 450 pieces of technically advance vehicles and machinery.

As an Army company commander, reorganized the structure of a 70-person organization and supervised the revision of the training syllabus to improve the efficiency of training provided to flight students.  These efforts reduced training time by 28%, saving $24 million dollars annually, without sacrificing quality or safety.

While serving at the Concepts and Developments Directorate, Ft. Rucker, Al, planned and managed a cost-effectiveness and computer modeling analysis for a $40 billion dollar major system purchase by the U.S. Army, documented the results, and prepared numerous presentations to Departments of Army and Defense personnel.  Identified and negotiated design trade-offs needed for compliance with program cost, weight, manpower goals, and system operating requirements. Consulted with Department of Army officials during proposal and contract writing.
